Restoration, Preservation and Heritage Support Program

I.  Program Description

Defined Amount Donations

Fine Line Enterprise has established a donation program to provide financial support for the purposes and activities of selected organizations.

An appropriate defined contribution is made to the organizations from the sales proceeds of certain eligible products.

A donation confirmation card is included in each eligible Railart product package.  The card provides the name, address and Internet information of the recipient organization along with the amount and purpose of the donation.

Eligible Products

Not all Fine Line Railart products are eligible for the program.

A product may become eligible either by request from the creator of the product’s Railart subject, or with the approval of the organization associated with the Railart subject.

A Fine Line Railart product may feature any railroad related subject.

Fine Line Enterprise is proud to offer Railart subjects on reclaimed materials including; re-sawn railroad ties, re-sawn utility poles, reclaimed brick, marble, metal, wood, stained glass and other materials.

Fine Line products presented on recycled materials are also eligible for donations

Selected Organizations

- Restoring or preserving the actual subject of the particular Fine Line Railart product;

- Displaying or promoting the history of the actual subject of the Fine Line Railart product;

- Promoting common sense solutions to environmental problems;

Special Recipients

The National Railway Historical Society

Fine Line Enterprise has selected The National Railway Historical Society (Railway Heritage Grants Program) as a general interest recipient whose “Heritage Grant” projects are not necessarily associated with a specific Fine Line Railart product.

The Property and Environmental Research Center

The Property and Environmental Research Center (PERC) is an organization dedicated to promoting market-based solutions to environmental problems.

We have selected PERC as a recipient, in order to highlight Fine Line’s creative, market focused alternative for reuse of recycled materials.
