Set up
charges for artwork, or special fixtures may be required. These are
normally a one time charge and you will be notified if this applies to your
order. |

Proofs of
your artwork or image can be provided by mail or E-mail at an additional
charge if requested. |

No
minimum order quantity. |

Full
payment required when order is placed. Scheduling of production will
only be done after payment is received. |

50
% deposit required on all orders over $100 for approved accounts. |

We
do not ship C.O.D. |

Shipping
time is approximately 5 - 10 days after receipt of deposit on small orders
and 10-15 working days after receipt of deposit on large orders. |
RUSH
orders may be assessed an additional charge.

All shipping and handling
charges will be added to invoice. |
Shipping Information
Prices do not include
shipping charges. All items are shipped FOB our facility in Troy,
Michigan. Unless otherwise specified, we will ship via the most economical
method, usually UPS ground or US Postal Service. Shipping and handling
charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice.
We will provide freight estimates on request.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is
our goal! If
you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return unused item(s)
within 30 days for a full refund or exchange (shipping and handling charges are
not refundable).
Please call first for a return authorization number.
Personalized or custom laser engraved items cannot be returned unless
mistakes or defects are identified within 14 days. Liability is limited to the
actual amount paid for services provided by Fine Line Enterprise.
